About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and lead a truly global travel program in partnership with affiliate members
Implement and execute a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve, and measure program objectives
Manage the Global Program Management team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through coordinated sales efforts, pricing strategies, and implementations
Oversee new business implementations, partnering closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met
Serve as part of the client support team, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive issue management and timely resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior travel management company experience in an account management role
Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience within a travel management company
Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients
A well-developed understanding of GDS online booking tools along with front and back office agency operations
A history of successful collaboration with suppliers
Advanced written and verbal presentation skills
Highly proficient with MS Office products, especially MS PowerPoint
Ability to travel when needed
