About the role
- Plan, organize, and execute live, hybrid, and virtual events for national and international clients
- Manage large-scale projects and lead multi-member project teams
- Confidently prepare and present meetings, budget reviews, and presentations on-site or virtually
- Adhere to project budgets and targets
- Coordinate tendering and procurement processes for service providers and trades
- Ensure smooth production workflows during events and provide technical direction to project teams
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in an agency for digital events, live communication, or a related industry
- Strong experience in planning, execution, and financial reconciliation of medium and large projects
- Experience organizing digital and hybrid events
- Technically proficient with hands-on media production experience
- Deep knowledge of digital event platforms, video-conferencing tools, live-streaming providers, and digital engagement tools
- Ability to empathize with diverse audiences and assess their technical capabilities and needs
- Authentic leader who delegates effectively, with a conscientious and independent work style
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional European languages such as French or Italian are a plus
