About the role

  • Collaborate with the Director, Global Brand Marketing, Managing Director APAC & the APAC Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for the APAC region, aligning with the global marketing goals and objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing efforts, including digital, social media, PR, content marketing, and communications to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Develop compelling and culturally relevant marketing content tailored to the diverse audiences within the APAC region, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing tactics and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep a regional pulse on the industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within APAC, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing activities and materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across the APAC region.
  • Work closely with other members of the global marketing team, sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
