About the role
- Manage multiple congresses simultaneously, from hotel bookings and registrations to supplier contracts and on-site logistics.
- Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, PCOs, and suppliers.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing training and operational guidance.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies across projects.
Requirements
- Experience planning both small and large-scale meeting programs
- A degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, and HTML
- A passion for traveling and working onsite at events (up to 30% travel)
- A valid passport ready for exciting destinations
