About the role

  • Concentrate on driving strategic sales efforts to secure profitable new corporate travel accounts and retain existing clients
  • Responsible for lead generation and leveraging networking opportunities
  • Ensure team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients and work with respective account management on acquisition of this new business
  • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy in a timely manner
  • Determine pricing strategies and develop customer propositions
  • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and assure performance review delivery for down line employees
  • Perform or directs personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive years of relevant work experience as a Sales Director at corporate level with proven success
  • Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation in English
  • Computer literate in business software applications
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically
