About the role
- Concentrate on driving strategic sales efforts to secure profitable new corporate travel accounts and retain existing clients
- Responsible for lead generation and leveraging networking opportunities
- Ensure team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients and work with respective account management on acquisition of this new business
- Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy in a timely manner
- Determine pricing strategies and develop customer propositions
- Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and assure performance review delivery for down line employees
- Perform or directs personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive years of relevant work experience as a Sales Director at corporate level with proven success
- Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation in English
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically
