Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the financial operations and financial strategic planning of the company
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance
Establish credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization
Lead annual and monthly budgeting/reforecasting processes
Lead annual and month end financial accounting closes
Ensure financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles
Support parent company annual group audit of financial statements
Drive cash flow performance through management
Evaluate the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including experience in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally across departments
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP is a plus.
