About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Regulatory Coordinator (Coordinator) plays a key the planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting of all regulatory management projects and resources.
- The Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the continuous improvement of the processes, tools, and templates used by Regulatory Affairs.
- The Coordinator provides administrative support to the Regulatory team, including scheduling and logistics, document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support.
- The Coordinator supports technical documentation production, design, review and management at the BCER.
- The position requires a broad awareness and understanding of the BCER’s various operational business areas as well as the organization’s corporate strategic direction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a relevant field such as Project Management, Law, Natural Resource Management, or Public Administration, and one year of relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered, reflecting a diversity of related learning and experiences.
- Preference may be given to candidates with additional formal education in Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience in project management or coordination, and project monitoring, tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience using change management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience using excellent oral and written communication skills to write, edit, format and publish documents such as guides, manuals, reports, presentations, and proposals.
