Business Analyst

• Eliciting, structuring, and refining requirements (e.g., through interviews, workshops, use cases, story mapping)
• Writing clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Supporting the client-side Product Owner with prioritization, backlog maintenance, and preparation of refinement sessions
• Modeling and advancing business processes (BPMN, EPK), including quality and consistency checks
• Facilitating workshops, presenting results, and mediating between the business area and the development team
• Contributing to internal topics such as process optimization, knowledge transfer, and expansion of the skills matrix
