About the role
- Legal advice in municipal economic law, competition law, public procurement and EU state aid law
- Structuring and legally supporting the financing of municipal tasks in compliance with state aid law
- Supporting public contracting authorities and municipal enterprises in the lawful implementation of their commercial activities
- Handling complex issues in public economic law, in particular public procurement, EU state aid and administrative law
- Advising at the interface between the public sector and the economy — wherever businesses interact with public administration and the law
Requirements
- Completed legal training/degree
- Interest in providing legal support and strategic advice to public enterprises and institutions
- Careful, independent and structured working style
- Understanding of economic and strategic contexts and project structures
- Flexibility and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
- Commitment and confident demeanor
- Desirable but not required: initial relevant professional experience
