About the role

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics (D365 / Dynamics CRM / Dynamics F&O as applicable).
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
  • Support data migration, system integration, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Produce BRDs, FSDs, process maps, user stories, and test cases.
  • Act as the liaison between business users and development teams.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven hands-on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations or Business Central)**.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, ERP, SAP, third-party systems).
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments.
