About the role

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with trading, operations, risk, finance, and logistics teams
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IMOS configuration and development
  • Support IMOS implementation, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
  • Configure IMOS modules across trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, and P&L reporting
  • Analyze and document end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (physical commodities preferred)
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test scripts and defect management
  • Work closely with developers and integration teams on interfaces (ERP, risk systems, market data, etc.)
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an IMOS Business Analyst
  • Strong commodities trading expertise
  • Experience in requirements gathering and functional specifications
  • Expertise in configuring IMOS modules (trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, and P&L reporting)
  • Ability to analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle processes
  • Experience with UAT planning and execution
  • Understanding of ERP and risk systems integration
  • Ability to support post-go-live recommendations
