About the role
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with trading, operations, risk, finance, and logistics teams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IMOS configuration and development
- Support IMOS implementation, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
- Configure IMOS modules across trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, and P&L reporting
- Analyze and document end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (physical commodities preferred)
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test scripts and defect management
- Work closely with developers and integration teams on interfaces (ERP, risk systems, market data, etc.)
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IMOS Business Analyst
- Strong commodities trading expertise
- Experience in requirements gathering and functional specifications
- Expertise in configuring IMOS modules (trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, and P&L reporting)
- Ability to analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle processes
- Experience with UAT planning and execution
- Understanding of ERP and risk systems integration
- Ability to support post-go-live recommendations
