About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and proper tracking of leads
- Support SAP processes, including basic data entry and coordination of information
- Assist with marketing materials and property-related content, ensuring they are up to date
- Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams on day-to-day matters
- Prepare and update reports and internal trackers
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of client and commercial records
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in administration or support roles
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks
- Good command of English (Greek and/or Russian is an advantage)
