About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and execute the full marketing strategy for KEAN – from brand positioning to campaign delivery.
- Lead the creative direction for branding, storytelling, and visual identity across all materials.
- Handle media relations, partnerships, and PR presence locally and internationally.
- Oversee all marketing channels: digital, social, print, PR, and events.
- Coordinate marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reports.
- Partner with sales and leadership to align marketing with business goals and revenue targets.
- Champion innovation: explore fresh ideas, speak to authenticity, and set collaborations that elevate the project’s market presence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of experience leading marketing in real estate, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven record of building brands that resonate emotionally and commercially.
- Strategic thinker with creative instinct and operational discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence.
- Fluent in English; Greek and/or Russian an advantage.
