About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Read and apply codes to large quantities of user generated content that is posted to client websites.
Process and code customer product reviews, questions, images, videos and general comments according to client guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and quality of content moderation.
Meet quality and speed benchmarks to fulfill client needs efficiently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international credential, required.
2-3 years experience with moderating online User Generated Content whether for product reviews, social media content, or community content.
Proficiency with e-mail applications, online messaging services and forums, and Web applications.
Proficiency with Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional communication skills.
English proficiency including with the vernacular
The ability to adapt to frequent guideline changes for moderating content.
The capability to quickly assess content for suitability based on established guidelines and codes.
The willingness to adjust performance and respond to feedback.
The ability to meet quality and speed benchmarks.
Ability to work 3 days a week from the Bazaarvoice Bengalaru office
Ability to work shifted hours a couple days a month with prior notice.
