Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop talent strategies
Manage a high-volume portfolio of Technical Support Engineers and other roles
Attract, engage, and hire top talent using active and passive sourcing techniques
Create structured hiring processes ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies
Collaborate with the wider People & Talent organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years in the Vilnius tech market (ideally) in full cycle hiring
Fluency in Lithuanian and English language
Good level negotiation and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with local employment laws and compliance procedures required in Vilnius
Experience partnering with global hiring managers
Knowledge of recruiting within SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven industries
Power user of Linkedin Recruiter, Glassdoor, and modern sourcing tools
