About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop talent strategies
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of Technical Support Engineers and other roles
  • Attract, engage, and hire top talent using active and passive sourcing techniques
  • Create structured hiring processes ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with the wider People & Talent organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years in the Vilnius tech market (ideally) in full cycle hiring
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English language
  • Good level negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and compliance procedures required in Vilnius
  • Experience partnering with global hiring managers
  • Knowledge of recruiting within SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven industries
  • Power user of Linkedin Recruiter, Glassdoor, and modern sourcing tools
