About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop talent strategies
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of Technical Support Engineers and other roles
- Attract, engage, and hire top talent using active and passive sourcing techniques
- Create structured hiring processes ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
- Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the wider People & Talent organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years in the Vilnius tech market (ideally) in full cycle hiring
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English language
- Good level negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with local employment laws and compliance procedures required in Vilnius
- Experience partnering with global hiring managers
- Knowledge of recruiting within SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven industries
- Power user of Linkedin Recruiter, Glassdoor, and modern sourcing tools
