Lead internal projects, partner with IT as the subject matter expert and lead tester, drive operational efficiencies.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Program Directors from IT on development projects.
Manage the roll-up of Finance Operations OKRs and support the CFO’s reporting on company-wide initiatives.
Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), highlighting achievements and demonstrating a mindset of continuous improvement.
Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, status dashboards, and data-driven reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

7+ years in Financial Program Management and/or Operations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Deep familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and Salesforce CPQ is mandatory. Working knowledge of NetSuite (or similar ERP) and the technical hand-off between CRM.
Proven ability to map complex business processes and translate them into formal functional requirement documents.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to pull and analyze data from Salesforce and NetSuite to drive project decisions and reporting.
Experience developing and writing business requirements, at times converting from “vague” business asks, with clear success criteria and metrics.
Experience testing in Netsuite and Salesforce, working with QA teams to update requirements or resolve bugs based on outcomes, and retesting.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across different departments and drive programs to completion as a delegate.
