About the role
- Legal advice on the planning and implementation of projects in wind, solar and battery storage
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, contract templates and framework agreements
- Advising on M&A transactions and strategic partnerships
- Support in negotiations with banks and investors — in German and, if required, English
- Managing external advisors and working closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Involvement in innovative topics such as battery storage and new technologies
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with above-average exam results
- Solid knowledge of tenancy law, contracts for work and services, sales law, energy law and general civil law
- Understanding of commercial contexts and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop solutions independently
- At least 2–3 years' professional experience in renewable energy or M&A is a plus
- Flexibility, efficiency and digital affinity
- Good command of English
