About the role
- Manage agent onboarding, including CRM setup and training.
- Keep partner platforms updated with price lists, discounts, promotions, and product changes.
- Assist Sales with ad hoc projects, partner campaigns, and fair preparation.
- Produce regular reports such as nationality mix per centre and booking trends.
- Handle daily partner queries relating to admissions, pricing, and centre information.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partners receive clear answers.
- Provide admissions support when needed by processing applications and checking documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, education, or a related field
- Experience in data entry, customer service (desirable)
- Experience working with international students or clients (desirable)
