About the role

  • Manage agent onboarding, including CRM setup and training.
  • Keep partner platforms updated with price lists, discounts, promotions, and product changes.
  • Assist Sales with ad hoc projects, partner campaigns, and fair preparation.
  • Produce regular reports such as nationality mix per centre and booking trends.
  • Handle daily partner queries relating to admissions, pricing, and centre information.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partners receive clear answers.
  • Provide admissions support when needed by processing applications and checking documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, education, or a related field
  • Experience in data entry, customer service (desirable)
  • Experience working with international students or clients (desirable)
