About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Care for diverse adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
Develop clinical judgment, assessment, prioritization, and care coordination skills
Provide medical/surgical care, acute medical management, surgical and post-operative care, telemetry and cardiac monitoring, neurological care, renal care, orthopedic care, oncology-related care, observation-level care, and higher-acuity medical/surgical care as applicable to the unit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma in Nursing (Required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
Registered Nurse certification/licensure in the State of Massachusetts
Ability to care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions
