• Manage the end-to-end mortgage loan processing lifecycle
• Act as the onboarding processor for all New Branch’s
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for team members
• Oversee pipeline management to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
• Lead the implementation and optimization of emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor regulations
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues
• Promote a customer-centric culture
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff
• Build and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
