About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, design, and optimize business systems and processes to meet organizational needs
- Gather and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement technology solutions
- Act as a liaison among R&D, business units, and engineering teams
- Continuously monitor system performance and optimize processes
- Lead change management efforts related to new systems and processes
- Analyze business data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of business processes, system design, and engineering solutions
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system implementation
- Experience with project management tool sets (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, databases, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
