Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 7 years of legal experience
3+ years of exposure to healthcare industry as an in-house counsel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects
Strong understanding of laws and regulations (SOX, Dodd-Frank Act, etc.)
