Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with the Chief Legal Officer on securities law and corporate matters
  • Provide legal counsel for M&A and strategic transactions globally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 7 years of legal experience
  • 3+ years of exposure to healthcare industry as an in-house counsel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations (SOX, Dodd-Frank Act, etc.)
