About the role
- Own the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the OKR framework
- Partner with leaders at all levels to translate strategic imperatives into clear, measurable enterprise and functional OKRs
- Maintain the OKR calendar, standards, and templates
- Administer and optimize the OKR software/tool
- Build and maintain OKR and performance dashboards
- Produce concise OKR status reports and insights
- Identify cross-functional friction points and facilitate improvement efforts
- Serve as the internal “OKR Coach” and champion
- Partner with leaders, PMO, Strategy, and HR to ensure alignment of initiatives with OKRs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, PMO, business analysis, strategy execution, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience implementing and/or running an OKR or similar performance/goal-management program
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of project management and process improvement methods
- Highly organized, detail-oriented.
