Handles pre-closing processing for assigned loan files under joint supervision of assigned Loan Officer(s) and the Priority Funding Loan Processing Manager
Gathering loan conditions from customers and Loan Officers and clearing loan conditions with client investors
Ordering, reviewing, and delivering appraisal reports, flood certification and other required items
Working with insurance agents on obtaining or correcting binders
Verifying employment for customers
Assists other Loan Operations Specialists in their department and resolves issues as they arise
Handles general customer service issues
Seeks and recognizes opportunities to refer new business to other areas of the Bank and affiliates
Performs additional duties as requested
Requirements
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good time management ability and interpersonal skills required
At least two years of prior loan/mortgage processing or similar experience required
Ability to sit, talk, hear, and lift up to 20 lbs.
May be required to work evenings and/or weekends and travel
