Project Manager

• Receive and analyze client projects, jobs, and quotations to understand requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workflows; manage time, budget, resources, and quality control
• Create and manage localization project budgets, perform cost tracking, and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders, invoices, and work reports
• Identify and resolve localization issues or disagreements; implement corrective and preventative actions
• Present regular reports to clients, corporate offices, and peers; forecast work status and escalate issues as needed
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of localization projects
• Actively participate in corporate management meetings and provide project data and information
• Continuously expand knowledge of localization trends through relevant training opportunities
