About the role
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams during sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support product discovery activities such as user research, feedback analysis, and usability testing.
- Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality and alignment with product goals.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and help remove blockers related to scope, requirements, or priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product, business, design, QA, operations) to align on priorities and expectations.
- Monitor basic product performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with product launches by coordinating documentation, release notes, and internal communication.
- Stay curious about users, competitors, and industry trends to continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar role.
- Basic technical understanding and comfort working with engineering teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to write clear, structured user stories and requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
