About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Confirm project requirements, align workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the production team, including Project Managers and Vendor Managers, to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and manage project plans with clear timelines and budgets.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and vendors, including progress updates, deadline confirmations, issue resolution, and change discussions.
- Oversee quality assurance processes by coordinating with linguists and vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Prepare, review, and deliver project files on time while meeting quality standards.
- Manage and close purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing requests, providing solutions, and managing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance quality.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Certification or solid knowledge in project planning, budgeting, risk management, or related areas.
- Advanced knowledge of CAT and QA tools.
- Good understanding of localization services such as MTPE, DTP,LE, Media, E-learning, and AI.
- Solid knowledge of localization engineering concepts.
