About the role
- Support project managers with technical tasks such as file conversion, preparation, and word count analysis
- Perform thorough post-translation quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client standards before submission
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues experiencing challenges with CAT tools and related software
- Support team members and monitor the progress of new hires to ensure smooth integration into their roles
- Partner with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting CAT tool performance
- Create instructional resources and documentation as requested by project managers to support team learning
- Design and implement automation tools and scripts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort
- Build tailored scripts and automation solutions in response to specific project requirements
- Lead scheduled training sessions to onboard and upskill new team members
Requirements
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- + 4 Years of experience
- Strong expertise in software development, internationalization, and localization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Extensive experience with localization tools, CAT tools, version control, Automation & Mobile localization & Web localization, and management systems
- Deep understanding of web technologies, APIs, and content management systems (CMS)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Knowledge of agile methodologies; fluency in multiple languages is a plus
