About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Delivery of Complex Technical Programs: Lead end-to-end execution of software initiatives involving multiple development teams.
  • Project Planning: Build realistic and structured project plans in collaboration with Engineering and Product, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and technical constraints.
  • Problem Framing & Outcome Definition: Partner with Product, Engineering, and key project stakeholders to structure ambiguous initiatives.
  • Cross-Team Coordination & Dependency Management: Orchestrate delivery across multiple teams (2+), actively managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure smooth execution and alignment on commitments.
  • Execution Cadence & Governance: Establish and run execution cadence (status reviews, stakeholder updates, follow-ups).
  • Risk Management & Decision Making: Anticipate risks early, assess impact, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Delivery Visibility & Forecasting: Provide clear and predictive visibility into delivery health through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting (progress, risks, blockers, planning accuracy, milestone variance).
  • Process Definition & Continuous Improvement: Define and standardize ways of working (WoW) across Product & Technology in collaboration with key stakeholders across workstreams.
  • Documentation & Operational Clarity: Ensure high-quality, structured documentation of scope, decisions, and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management within software development environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-team technical initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across teams and drive execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clearly defined objectives, outcomes, and success measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions and trade-offs.
  • Experience building and managing project plans including critical path and sequencing.
  • Proven ability to anticipate and manage risks proactively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to bring structure to complex, evolving environments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, data-driven environments, leveraging metrics and KPIs to improve delivery performance, predictability, and continuous improvement.
  • Background working closely with Engineering teams (understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations, etc.).
  • Fluency in English.
