About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement annual marketing plans using market insights, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate product launch strategies, including objectives, tactics, KPIs, and training for the US market
- Provide marketing, sales, and technical support at events, customer sites, and workshops to drive revenue
- Deliver effective marketing and sales tools aligned to customer needs and stakeholder value propositions
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams
- Capture and share market insights (trends, competition, KOLs) and collaborate with global teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years professional experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably medical device or capital equipment
- Showed strength to clearly and concisely communicate, both written and verbally, to all internal and client stakeholders at all levels
- Consistent track record of delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to interpret, analyze, and apply technical information
- Expertise in marketing and branding concepts
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows and sales process
- Successful track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Confirmed ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
