About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities
- Work collaboratively with internal partners
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products, programs, and services
- Manage both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness
- Maintain connections between teams and drive business results
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment
- Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred
- Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting
- Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution)
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license required
