Key responsibilities & impact

Developing and communicating quarterly/annual sales strategies and plans for the assigned area to drive profitable, balanced revenue growth across all product lines
Tracking and reporting team progress toward targets through weekly/quarterly/annual plans
Using sales competency to maximize personal and team performance
Completing planning, forecasting, objective-setting and action-planning
Partner proactively with cross-functional teams to organize and align resources that support strategic and tactical goals
Building and managing strong customer relationships
Providing day‑to‑day leadership for the area sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in sales and sales management
5+ years’ experience in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment space
Previous people leadership experience preferred
