About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the profitable growth and expansion of the service sales portfolio
- Build successful collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Identify and influence key decision makers in healthcare facilities
- Actively identify new profitable revenue growth opportunities and drive toward timely closure
- Maintain and grow current revenue base
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales targeting plan
- Use CRM daily to document and manage the sales funnel
- Conduct negotiations with healthcare providers
- Collaborate with other sales contributors to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of the solutions selling process
- Ability to build successful high-level relationships
- Confirmed influencing skills ranging from nurses to C-level decision makers
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
- Proven analytical skills to track sales activity and develop sales plans
- Experience with CRM (SalesForce.com)
- Variable travel (from 50% up to 75%)
