Key responsibilities & impact

Achieving sales quotas through a network of independent distributors
Building and executing plans to drive surgeon and distributor adoption of Baxter’s bone graft solutions
Developing a strong sustainable pipeline using company CRM and forecasting tools
Identifying and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders in your region
Supervising the recruitment and management of independent distributors
Providing support at key events in the US and representing the company responsibly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Clinical background and experience highly preferred (spine preferred)
Track record of hospital-based selling in the operating room
Experience leading a large territory
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to communicate product value proposition and comprehensive clinical information
Hunter mentality and personal accountability for achieving strong results
Must be able to work autonomously
