About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities
  • working collaboratively with internal partners
  • developing and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products, programs, and services
  • managing both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness
  • being the primary connection to healthcare professionals who rely on our products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment
  • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred
  • Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting
  • Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution)
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license required
