About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting and promoting Surgical Portfolio in your territory to meet clinical and economic needs
Formulating and implementing selling strategies directly to customers by phone and on site
Engaging with install base and existing customers for incremental purchases
Ensuring clinical adoption across the product portfolio
Scheduling and completing customer sales calls quotas
Assisting with set up of product demonstrations for customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school degree/GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years experience or at least 4+ years related experience
Inside or field sales role in the healthcare or similar industry preferred
Medical device experience preferred
Effective influencing skills
Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
Must be willing/able to travel at least 75%
