About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieving sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio in the Territory
- Implementing sales strategies and executing business plan to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives
- Calling on alternate site customers, delivering effective sales presentations and education
- Working in close harmony with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy and Nutrition Specialist
- Protecting, servicing, and growing current base of business
- Managing and maximizing Baxter GPO contracts
- Serving as a resource for market information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
- Three years minimum sales experience
- Experience with medical sales working with distributors preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies
- Ability to travel to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel
