About the role

  • Lead all aspects of implementation from the receipt of the purchase order to launch of Front-Line Care integrated systems products in hospitals, clinics and physician’s offices
  • Coordinate multiple customer departmental partners, vendors, and product specific resources to deliver integration projects on time, at budget, as expected
  • Develop and lead project timeline with the Implementations Manager
  • Set and lead customer expectations relative to application installation, training and launch, while handling sophisticated customer clinical workflows
  • Lead remote meetings and use web sessions for product knowledge
  • Maintain project plans, agendas/minutes, and post release closure documentation
  • Assist client(s) in workflow analysis and design, device and interface testing
  • Serve as the point of contact on assigned projects and assemble, coordinate, and run multi-disciplinary technical review teams
  • Facilitate and troubleshoot issues associated with developing sophisticated systems or coordinating development and design projects

Requirements

  • BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years project management experience gained from hospital or clinical environments, preferred
  • PMP or CAPM certification highly desirable
  • Technical experience with EMRs and HL7 preferred
  • EMR and cardiology device integration preferred
  • Experience with cardiology and/or Vitals devices
  • Knowledge of wireless and networking concepts and methods
  • Highly analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to retain control and integrity in a fast-paced environment with a prominent level of multi-tasking
  • Experience with clinical standards from IT staff and cardiology front line care staff, preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Able to handle time wisely and prioritize critical tasks
  • You are available to travel up to 25%
