About the role

  • Execute integration projects and define implementation requirements (installation, training, network)
  • Take over project management and resource coordination for complex system implementations
  • Remote deployment, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software solutions
  • Provide pre-sales support and collaborate with customers on proof-of-concept projects
  • Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless) in hospital environments
  • Provide 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures and supervisor requirements

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with connectivity solutions and a bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or electronics
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of clinical workflows, as well as the ability to present technical solutions
  • Customer- and team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Technical know-how in WLAN for medical environments and an understanding of the challenges associated with deploying medical devices in hospitals
  • Solid knowledge of network environments (LAN, WLAN), IEEE 802.11 radio protocols (a/b/g/n) and MSSQL databases
  • Proficient with HL7/(FHIR) and related standards for electronic health information exchange
  • Initial experience in project management, resource coordination and system integration
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
