About the role
- Showcase Baxter and our products to customers
- Build trust and relationships with doctors and nurses
- Support territory sales activities to drive rental revenue
- Provide product in-service training in hospital settings
- Act as a liaison between team and customers
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas
- Conduct negotiations and finalize sales
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Ability to travel 75%
- Outstanding communication skills and public speaking
- High level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity
- Effective time management skills
- Strong skills within MS Office Suite; Salesforce knowledge a plus
