About the role
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness for the US sales force
- Eliminate barriers to sales goal achievement
- Process improvement, software/tool deployment, and information/knowledge management
- Assess needs and give insights to create strategic people-oriented solutions
- Handle cross functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to the sales force
- Work closely with all business teams to improve and build developing systems and processes
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience developing and supporting CRM (Salesforce Lightning) business needs
