About the role
- Represent Baxter and Bardy Diagnostics, building trust with healthcare professionals
- Own day-to-day interactions with select existing Bardy customers
- Protect and grow accounts by maintaining prescribing rates and winning new prescribers
- Inservice accounts on accurate use of CAM products and BDX Connect reports
- Manage inventory, order and audit assigned accounts regularly
- Develop routing to reach accounts based on prescribing level and frequency
- Triage issues to Customer Experience (STATs, password resets, MTP processes)
- Work under mentorship of Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- At least 2 years professional outside B2B sales or medical device sales experience (required)
- 2 years of clinical experience highly preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.com preferred
- Ability to travel and do overnight stays within territory
- Highly insightful, inquisitive, consultative selling skills
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; company cannot sponsor visas
