About the role
- Develop and maintain CAD/BIM family content and standards
- Design and coordinate complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Support sales and project management teams with detailed documentation and accurate coordination
- Automate routines in BIM to boost efficiency and streamline processes
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve clashes and conflicts
- Develop and implement BIM documentation and workflow process standards
- Work on new projects and collaborate across functions to impact healthcare delivery
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in design or a related engineering field
- Strong CAD skills with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in commercial construction, manufacturing, or industrial fields is highly desirable
- Ability to develop and maintain CAD/BIM family content and standards
- Experience automating BIM routines to significantly boost efficiency
