About the role
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of contracts for region respective customers
- Provide accurate and timely notification of pricing and eligibility to customers
- Support RFP Lead with regional RFP’s and RFI’s for the region
- Complete and manage contract process (new, renewals, capital, consumables, lease, quotes, extensions)
- Ensure full compliance with Baxter documented procedures
- Organizing kickoff, and status updates calls/meetings for resigns with key stakeholders
- Big Board maintenance and Contract Calendar end-to-end management
- Liaise with customers on building opportunities to improve relationships
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual French/English
- University Degree required
- 3+ years of related experience required
- 5+ years in healthcare preferred
- MBA - contract specialization, Business management, preferred
- Experience in contract and pricing administration with direct negotiations for small to medium agreements
- Sales Support, Contract Management, RFP Management experience
- Analytical skills
