About the role

  • You will be part of the Partners & Platform department and will learn a wide range of tasks and processes related to BAUHAUS e‑commerce from the ground up.
  • In the Dropshipment and Marketplace teams you will gain insights into day‑to‑day operations (order processing, product approvals, and partner onboarding).
  • You will become familiar with supplier and seller management and gain insight into contract processes, partner performance, and collaboration with Category Management.
  • You will support the onboarding of new partners to learn the partner support processes.
  • Together with the teams you will analyze existing workflows and contribute to projects aimed at process optimization.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience in e‑commerce, online marketing, procurement, or category management (e.g., internships or working‑student positions).
  • Analytical thinking, an interest in data and processes, and a basic understanding of IT systems.
  • Self‑initiative, enjoyment of independent work, and adaptability in different situations.
  • Structured, solution‑oriented working style and confident communication skills in German and English.
