About the role
- Implement innovative solutions within Infrastructure Workplace Services (IWS)
- Develop operational concepts for new and existing solutions
- Strategically design and coordinate IT service processes and other IT infrastructure projects
- Take responsibility for project management
- Work closely with the Vice President
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on IT
- Several years of experience in a consulting role within the IT environment
- Solid knowledge of IT operations and relevant ITIL processes
- Analytical and innovative approach
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client-facing work
- Responsible and structured way of working
- Fluent German and good English skills
