About the role

  • You are part of the Partners & Platform department and will learn a variety of tasks and processes related to BAUHAUS e‑commerce from the ground up
  • Within the Dropshipment and Marketplace teams you will gain insight into day‑to‑day operations (order processing, product approvals, and partner onboarding)
  • You will get to know supplier and seller management, and gain insights into contract processes, partner performance, and collaboration with Category Management
  • You will support the onboarding of new partners to learn the partner management processes
  • Together with the teams you will analyze existing workflows and contribute to projects aimed at process optimization

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field
  • Initial practical experience in e‑commerce, online marketing, procurement/purchasing or Category Management (e.g., internships or student positions)
  • Analytical thinking, interest in data and processes, and a basic understanding of IT systems
  • Self‑initiative, enjoyment of independent work, and adaptability in different situations
  • Structured, solution‑oriented working style and confident communication skills in German and English
