About the role
- Drive the further development of customer-focused initiatives within the Store Operations area
- Gain insights into BAUHAUS specialist centers and their organizational structures
- Develop customer-oriented and efficient proposals to optimize processes
- Actively contribute to the advancement of all omnichannel strategies
Requirements
- Degree in economics or business administration (e.g., Volkswirtschaftslehre, Betriebswirtschaftslehre) or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate collegiality
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
- Initial experience in process and project management or organizational development desirable
