About the role

  • Enterprise Architecture & IT strategy development: You design forward-looking IT architectures, define architecture principles, standards, and technical roadmaps aligned with the business strategy.
  • Architecture governance and compliance: You establish company-wide architecture policies, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure compliance with IT standards throughout development processes.
  • Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) & LeanIX: You further develop the EAM system LeanIX and document IT systems, interfaces, and technologies.
  • Solution architecture & stakeholder management: As an Enterprise Architect, you work closely with business units, IT teams, and solution architects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an IT Architect, Solutions Architect, Senior Developer, or System Engineer (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and SAP-related topics such as S/4HANA, SAP Retail, FI/CO, LeanIX, SAP toolchain, R2D, and a strong understanding of business processes
  • Advantageous: TOGAF or similar certification, as well as experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Proactive mindset, conceptual and organizational strength, facilitation/moderation skills, quick comprehension, confident appearance, strong interpersonal skills, solution orientation, and persistence
  • Excellent German language skills (C2) and good English skills
