About the role

  • Advising executive management, managers and the HR department on labor and employment law matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal submissions, templates, policies and contracts
  • Monitoring legislative developments and ensuring their implementation
  • Providing interdisciplinary support for HR projects and delivering training on labor law topics
  • Representing the company in court proceedings and coordinating with external partners

Requirements

  • Successfully completed state law examinations (fully qualified lawyer)
  • Initial professional experience as Legal Counsel / In-house Counsel (m/f/d) in a company or as an attorney in a law firm
  • Practical familiarity with labor law matters
  • Independent and careful working style
  • Strong service orientation and pragmatic approach to finding solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, social competence, sense of responsibility, commercial awareness and strong team spirit
  • Enjoyment in shaping labor-law and personnel-related processes
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
